Our 8 Step Build Process

Once a site is purchased then demolition of the existing buildings takes place, leaving the site clear for building to start.
The site then has it's perimeter fencing installed waiting the commencement of upgraded public drainage works.
Working away in the background our Architects and design engineers work with Auckland Council obtaining all necessary Consents.
It is during this stage that our homes become available for sale.
Day 1

Approx 1 month
As soon as drainage engineering consent is granted you will see machinery arrive on site and work begin.
This is an exciting time as you start to see your property come to life

Once the public drainage works are finished the building company comes to site.
Foundations begin with all the excavation work then the actual foundations are installed.
At this stage the services like power, internet and water are also installed at the property.
It is at this stage you can see the footprint of your home take shape.
Approx 2 months

Working away in the background.
When foundation work starts so does the building of your home in the dedicated factory
All building methods are traditional with the factory used for speed, accuracy and dryness.
At the same time the driveway and parking construction will be getting underway

Approx 4 months
Things are really starting to take shape now in the factory
Final items like paint, kitchens and lights and switches are all fitted and tested.
The drive and parking on site are now finished and final works are starting.

The real exciting stuff!
Your new home will be delivered to site and craned into position.
Connections will be made.
Overnight it will go from a bare site to almost complete!
Now the final exterior works will take place.

Approx 6 months
Final works are well underway, landscaping is completed, paths and fencing work is finished
Decks and patios also go in.
All trades now come onto site to go through final sign off and inspections with the relevant authorities.

Once all works are complete then you will be provided with a copy of the Auckland Council CCC and your new Title.
Now is the most exciting time, you get to move into your new home.
