When looking at a home with Ashton Residential the first step is to book a time to come see us at our Show Space. There we can assess your requirements and show you the plans for the best fit. Then we can set up a site viewing (if applicable) or proceed with the next steps towards home purchase.

Our Show Space is located at our office at 52 Sale Street, Auckland. We can share full plans, customisation options and we also have a kitchen and bathroom vanity set up for you to view. We offer a 1 year all defects warranty and a 10 year structural and weathertightness warranty. Since all our products and appliances are brand new they came with a store/factory warranty too.

No, all our homes are freehold. This means no extra fee's once the home is yours and there are no ongoing costs to pay.

Our homes are premium, we are highly experienced builders and we use high end products and finishes in all areas. We only build new homes, this means when you move in everything is up to the latest standard, there are no hidden repairs needed as you may find in an existing property. This gives you peace of mind when purchasing, knowing it will be turnkey and there won't be any upfront home maintenance requirements.

We mostly sell to home owner/occupiers, we very rarely sell to investors. We believe our homes are premium and therefore we see value in you knowing you are buying into a home that is surrounded by like minded home owners, with a great sense of community.

We handle everything, when the home is handed over it is turnkey ready. You will be kept updated along the way. We also encourage our owners to contact us during the build for personal updates too. To buy off the plans this means you buy the home before or during the build.
