I can’t recommend the team at Ashton Residential enough. You always hear those nightmare stories about how stressful building a new house can be, but these guys completely flipped that script for me and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Right from our first chat, it was obvious they were on top of things. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely dedicated to getting every little detail right. They kept me in the loop the whole way through, so I never felt like I was guessing what was happening on site. If I had a question or wanted to double checking on something, they were super approachable and just sorted it out without making a fuss. Many thanks to Paul and the rest of the team at Ashton Residential (formerly Holmes for delivering on a wonderful property development and in doing so providing us with our first home. From the beginning where Paul met us on the bare building site to discuss future plans, to the project updates as the build progressed, down to the gifts in the kitchen waiting to welcome us into our new home, Paul & Halsey Holmes have been pleasant, accommodating and meticulous. The final product ticks all the right boxes - warm, dry, north-facing, double-glazed, energy efficient, private outdoor area, pleasing to look at and in a really handy location, not to mention affordable. My wife and I (and our 2 year old) are really happy with our first home. If you’re interested in one of Paul & co’s homes you’d better move quick!

I couldn’t speak highly enough about my experience with Ashton Residential (formerly Halsey Homes), from start to finish. I was met on site by Paul when I first viewed the lot, and he gave off such a genuine and trustworthy impression that I signed up on the spot. And it was very lucky I did, as I otherwise would’ve missed out on my back lot, which I am so in love with now. Communication was great throughout the build process. Any concerns or questions were answered quickly, and Paul even met me on site to talk through a slight change to specs to ensure it was implemented correctly. The whole team at Halsey were exceptional. I received great support from Rachel around styling and design recommendations, from colours to blinds to furniture, and Paul was incredibly communicative and accommodating. The build quality is outstanding. As promised, they used only high quality products and finishing was to a high standard. Any minor issues were amended quickly after settlement, and they even extended that courtesy outside of the 60 day period in the S&P, which was hugely appreciated. I maintain a strong relationship with Paul, Rachel, Dean and the Halsey team still, they have been starters at my house warming and Christmas parties, and are just good, genuine people to deal with. I recommend their other developments to friends and colleagues who are in the market, and am constantly getting good feedback from those who visit my home. Needless to say, I highly recommend Halsey Homes to all current and future buyers. Thanks team!

I can't believe how private my home feels, we were a little unsure about purchasing a townhouse but now have no regrets. We have our own private space outside and lovely, quiet neighbours. We brought of the plans and we were pleasantly suprised with how similar it turned out - we love it. Super easy process.
